Alé Betts, a Louisville native and esteemed choreographer, has dedicated himself completely to dance and theatre. He earned a minor in Dance at Morehead State University under the mentorship of Natasha L. Davis, cultivating a deep passion for both art forms and community service.

Specializing in Contemporary Modern, Modern Ballet, and Jazz, Alé founded and served as Artistic Director of Waterworks Dance Theatre from 2016 to 2021. His choreographic talent extends beyond his company to include major works for local studios and contributions to The Louisville Ballet.

Recently, Alé served as Associate Director for Keen Dance Theatre under Artistic Director John Keen. Currently, he imparts his expertise by teaching Contemporary Fusion classes weekly at Crestview Studios.
