Teaches: Body By Betts and Contemporary

What I love about teaching: I love teaching dance because it’s the perfect mix of movement, music, and connection. Watching people light up when they realize how strong, confident, and free they can feel through dance is the most rewarding part. For me, it’s not just about fitness it’s about creating energy, joy, and community every single class.

Fun Fact: I am a professional Saxophonist and Flautist.
