Tahjená is a versatile performing artist based in Louisville, KY. She graduated from the Youth Performing Arts School at duPont Manual High School as a dance major, and began her career performing in the 2012 Road Show at various elementary schools with Noe Middle School. At Western Kentucky University, Tahjená continued to excel in dance as captain and student coach of the MajorRedz, advancing her skills and leadership abilities.
Her performances include notable roles in productions like Burnt Coffee: The Musical in Las Vegas, NV, and The Soul Of Christmas in Louisville, KY. In addition to her stage roles, Tahjená has made significant contributions as head dance coach at several middle schools in Louisville. Apart from her achievements in dance, coaching, and musical theatre, Tahjená is also a solo recording artist with singles available on all major streaming platforms and music videos featured on YouTube.
At Crestview Studios, Tahjená shares her expertise by teaching beginner heels choreography every Friday at 6 pm. She also leads a spiritual class, Moving With Purpose, once a month, demonstrating her commitment to both artistic and personal development through movement.
